Sophia, a New Jersey native, holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island, with minors in Public Relations and Professional Writing. During her time in New England, she interned with the Rhode Island General Assembly in the Speaker’s Office, where she managed legislative communications and oversaw the House’s social media presence. She continues to support a Rhode Island-based disability nonprofit, creating impactful digital content and advocating for inclusive state-level policy reforms. Sophia also gained valuable experience in Washington, DC, as a digital communications intern with the American Clean Power Association, where she promoted clean energy initiatives and contributed to national marketing campaigns.

With a passion for driving positive change, Sophia is committed to supporting mission-driven organizations that defend individual rights. Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the gym, discovering new bakeries, and relaxing on the Jersey shore.
