FIRE participated as amicus curiae on behalf of a student challenging the allegedly unfair procedures used by the University of Arkansas to find him responsible for sexual misconduct. ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ addressed the nationwide context in which this case arose in order to impress upon the court the significance of each decision on the issue of students’ due process rights.
