Perhaps the letter got lost it the mail, or perhaps Marquette backdated the letter in order to appear responsive to ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥â€™s concerns. In any event, ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ hopes that it will soon be able to see this mysterious letter.
