Samantha answered questions about the Ninth Circuit's decision to allow Hastings to require all student groups to accept "all comers" as voting members and about FIRE's amicus brief in the case. As Will said in our press release last week, a decision by the Court to uphold the Ninth Circuit's ruling "would be disastrous for groups holding unpopular or minority viewpoints on campus."
Samantha also explained FIRE's Spotlight rating system and discussed other amicus briefs that ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ has filed in the past. Watch the entire interview .
