No reservation is required under the Policy on Outdoor Facility Usage for Authorized Events for spontaneous outdoor assemblies or outdoor distribution of literature in the generally accessible, open, outdoor areas of the campus, provided such activities:

- In no way obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
- Do not interfere with classes, scheduled meetings, events, and ceremonies or with other essential processes of the university.
